The Blue Ringed Octopus
This unusual looking octopus is called the Blue Ringed octopus because of its appearance. It is very tiny – about the size of a golf ball actually and it is very venomous and deadly to humans. So don’t get close to one because there is no anecdote.

These little guys are actually considered one of thee most poisonous animals in the world, regardless of biotope.
(also, it’s antidote, not anecdote)
Also, they can get larger then a golf ball, the average size of a fully grown adult, is more about the side of a tennis ball (excluding the legs).
They live in tide pools pretty much in all locations around the pacific rim (not including northern US/Canada).
